Before at my heaviest 221lbs //Today at my lowest 145lbs
Yeah I have loose skin and my stomach will never be perfect but I don’t even care anymore, i’ve come so far and reached every goal I set for myself. I would never change being fat before though, it taught me a lot about life and about people. Stay strong everyone!

Did my first figure competition yesterday. Went from 205 to 120 (stage weight). I was 43” on my waist and got to 27” for competition. I don’t know my starting BF % but yesterday I was at 16.1% It was a journey and one I will never regret. Exercising and eating healthy will always be part of my life. Now to expand my journey. I want to lift heavier and hopefully inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle. I started with a beachbody program called Power 90 and have done TurboFire, ChaLean, Les Mills, and some Insanity even during my competition prep.

before-and-after-pictures:

18 years old, 5”4 and around 80lbs lost (220lbs before, to 140lbs after), just due to hard work, clean eating and total lifestyle change.
I truly feel like a different person after shedding this amount of weight, it’s been such a learning experience and Tumblr has been the biggest and best motivator I could’ve asked for. Good luck to anyone wanting to lose a life-changing amount of weight, because it really is worth it in the long run!
